      Marketing Interview

      8 Mar 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Firstleaf

      Interview

The initial interview steps were great, lots of communication. I was first contacted by their HR/recruiter and then had first interview with the head of the department, followed by an assessment. The assessment was in-depth, and I spent at least 2-3 hours on making sure it was quality work, I was thorough with answering the full assignment, and since it's for marketing, I wanted it to look really nice. After submitting the assessment, all I got back was a standard rejection email with NO details, and NO feedback on the assessment. Red flag! If they couldn't take the time to at least provide some feedback (I would have been happy with 2-3 sentences), it's clearly not a company that cares enough about their employees.
