I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Firstsource Solutions (Mumbai) in June 2017
Interview
First they had a telephonic interview with the HR person. Next, they scheduled an interview with another person in another location. After that, they gave a very large assignment (almost humanly impossible to complete) - that too asking to be done over the weekend. Then after submitting that, they didn't have the courtesy to respond back. I can understand employers are not obliged to revert, but after having traveled the distance together (2 telephonic rounds and an assignment), they should have the decency to revert (either saying yes or no). Silence is impoliteness!

The usual questions... education, experience... etc
Total of 4 rounds of interviews. Starting with Sr. Manager, then AVP, then VP and lastly VP HR. All the interviews were average in difficulty level. You just need to be clear with the basics.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Firstsource Solutions (Bengaluru) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very smooth Interview Process. I had 3 rounds of interview and the role and responsibilities were clearly told and the response from the HR was also cordial. The last round also required me to prepare a presentation on one of the topics and i feel this is a really good way of assessing if the person is really interested in the profile or not. This will also give the organization an idea about the thought process of the individual who is being interviewed.
