Interview
It was an easy process.
Interview with a recruiter and then with Sr. Sales Development Manager a week later.
Just be prepared to do a mock email, and a mock sales call. It can be easy if you don't overthink it.
I liked the interview because I didn't feel like I was on display. I felt comfortable, and the questions are fairly easy.
Overall, I wish all companies would interview like FiscalNote.

Why the Sales Development Representative position?
After submitting resume and cover letter, you are contacted by the hiring recruiter for a phone call interview where you answer basic interview questions. Then if you are approved for the next step you will be instructed to send a mock sales email and conduct a mock sales call, followed by 2 more video interviews.
