Had a phone call with a recruiter. At our scheduled time she forgot about the call and we had to reschedule. She was nice and informative, but it didn't seem very professional to me.

Initial personality questionnaire, One way video interview. No contact from HR or anyone regarding the application. Definitely a unique and offputting process. Very impersonal not having any human contact for an inside sales position.
