Interview
There was no real interview process, which was part of the problem. I never visited HQ and only had 2 phone interviews. There was no HR to speak of. I just don't think they hire a lot of people or have a defined interview process. No benefits discussion, they just presented an offer and I was expected to take it.

Where do you live? Seriously. As a remote worker they couldn't grasp how a person can live in multiple areas. It was all very odd. Thankfully I accepted another job and was able to land somewhere better and bigger.
