Fiserv Cash Management interview questions

I only had an interview with the temp agency/staffing agency. Never spoke to anyone at Fiserv until the day I got there. The woman asked me a couple questions off of a printed piece of paper and then told me that I had the job pending a background check. She also told me I was overqualified and wouldn't be paid a lot and if I wasn't happy to look for work elsewhere.
