The interview process went fine till the time a fellow project manager was talking. The moment it elevated to next round, and the guy came in with all kind of ego. Didn't even know if its called web.xml or webserver.xml, and he had that in a question! Too much of an ego-ist and a little on idiotic side, tells a little about the firm.

First round with recruiter call then on to the fiserv team call. Nice conversation. Good details of role. Clear communication. Fast response. Didn't get the job but I wasn't left waiting and they gave me feedback. Overall pleasant experience
The interviewer was straightforward about the characteristics of the job, without omitting information that may be unattractive, and without reserve explained into more details other aspects of the job. The interview coordination was acceptable.
