It's very haphazard. I applied with a referral from a great employee and didn't even receive a courtesy phone call to chat. The employee was also very shocked by this, and seemed a bit embarrassed. Just got automated rejection email. I won't waste my time with this company again, even if I meet all the job requirements and experience.
