Written exam followed by technical and managerial interview. In technical round discussion about technical stuff and in managerial round process related questions. We require strong technical skills to get through the technical round.

Human Resources had left a voice mail message and application and screening went smoothly. I didn't hear anything for about 6 months later, then they called to see if I was still available and interested, about 4 interviews later I was hired. Everyone was very professional and shared lots of information on the position.
