      Engineering Intern Interview

      11 June 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Watertown, WI
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fisher Barton (Watertown, WI)

      Interview

Met a recruiter at the career fair, then applied for the job and got called in to tour the plant and describe the project I'd do. They asked me some basic questions, more so about my interests. That was pretty much it, no technical or behavior questions. The process was very casual, and somehow they picked me over other candidates (not sure how).
