Fisher Dynamics interview questions

I applied for an engineer position and was granted an interview. 3 engineers of the team I was applying into interviewed me and it lasted for 1 hour, roughly. They started by asking me typical interview questions regarding my resume and then I was asked what I would do in a couple hypothetical workplace situations (dealing with team members, why do I want to join this company vs. others, etc.). They then allowed me to ask a few questions I had prepared and then ended with one "random" question to see how I would answer. About a week after the interview, I received an email from Fisher offering me the position.
