Teams interview, One manager was driving with 3 other people in the car and the other asked open questions, Unprofessional interview would not have accepted if they did offer. They did not go over the company or their current challenges at this time. I believe that they are unguided and have no clear goals, it shows in their interview process.

The interview I had with Fisker was odd, to say the least. The interviewers got to the call almost 10 minutes late, saying that they were running late from another meeting because startup life (their words, not mine). One of the interviewers pushed back on one of my responses, saying that they had to play the devil's advocate. I guess they can disagree if they want, but it's odd to do that during an interview for a prospective team member, in my perspective. Overall, the vibe I got on this team is that it is a true startup. If you are not comfortable with rapid change, or getting pushback on your opinions, as demonstrated by my interaction with them, don't work here. They must have felt that I was not vibing with them because I didn't get the job. Maybe someone else's cup of tea, but not mine.
