Two hour long interview, 90% a waste of time. Lots of videos, assistant manager who gave me my two minute interview could barely speak English and the only questions he asked could be answered by both my CV and the form they make you fill out at the beginning. Didn't understand my answers.

It was efficient and concise. The General Manager interviewed me themself, and all the questions were asked in a laid back manner, but all had something to do with myself as a person or the job itself. I was very comfortable throughout the whole interview process.

Manager didn't ask me any questions. She didn't care to know about my prior experience as a shift leader. Instead we talked about stuff that didn't matter. Very easy process of getting hired . It was one of the easiest jobs I've ever had. They hire people too quickly
