Submitted application in person. Phone calls after some email exchange. I spoke to both the food and beverage manager and the head local club manager. They had to run things by someone at headquarters named Thomas. It took a little under a month to get everything finalized. Sign of too much micromanaging. Not good. Got the call and I had the job.
