It was first a phone call and then a phone interview and what was then supposed to be an onsite interview but I was never called for that. The phone interview was very simple and I answered all the questions and he was happy with my answers and even told me they will call me for an on-site interview but at the end of the interview he asked which college I graduated from and he was disappointed that I did not graduate from a US-based college. I found the one interviewing me to discriminate me just because I did not graduate from a US-based university. Don't waste time at such a company where they can't even treat everyone equally.
