Recruiter screen, standard technical interviews and a system design question. There were also some behavioral/meet with the team interviews as well. On site interview, but might be different after covid.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Fivestars
Interview
Had the first interview on campus at a coffee shop. The first 30 minutes was spent talking about my experience, skills, and resume. Then the last 30 minutes was on a technical question. I interviewed a second time with them over Skype and that was entirely technical.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fivestars (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2016

Phone technical screen followed by on-site technical and behavioral interviews. Fairly standard interview process. Supportive interviewers. Asked questions about career goals and why FiveStars. Recruiters are more responsive than most places I've interviewed.
