The process was taken through an automated and cold digital tool that was asking some open questions to be answered in a certain period of time. one two three four five six seven eight nine
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fjordnet (London, England) in July 2021
Interview
3 rounds of interview: HR, Skills round and MD round (last). Poor candidate experience on the part of Accenture/Fjord HR, very slow process and very one-sided (they leave you in the dark on what's happening, almost impossible to get a reply from HR).
HR interview: The recruiter didn't seemed to give 2 cents about what I had to say during the interview. It was supposed to be a 45 minute call with chances for questions at the end but she ended the call in 10 minutes. I thought she was rude.
---- Took 2 weeks to come back for Round 2 ---
Skills: I interviewed with a Senior Service Designer, I presented past work and the interviewer questioned my process, decision making, and methods. It was a pretty average interview. Gave me some good feedback after which was totally appreciated.
--- Took 2 weeks to come back for Last Round ---
MD: Very nice interviewer, seemed interested in my work and was relatively enthusiastic compared to the previous 2 interviewers. Presented my past work again, asked some generic design questions. Very willing to share about what life in Fjord is.
--- No response after final interview, 3 weeks now, got ghosted ---
** Sent 3 follow up emails but no response whatsoever, assumed that I was unsuccessful.
