Flad Architects interview questions

I received an email asking for my salary expectations than another email letting me know the salary they was offering $63,000 was on the low said but that was what is being offered with my experience. The rates were $27 - to $40 an hour. They asked if that was acceptable and if it was they would move me to the next step. I emailed back asking if it was possible for a higher rate. She emailed back to set up a phone screen after the phone screen a week later a received a rejection email.

I interviewed with 3-4 team members from a variety of departments/levels in the organization. I appreciated the holistic view of the organization and efficient interview process. My role required showing a portfolio and discussing design decisions in my work.
