Flagship Group interview questions

I found the job through their website. The interview was by myself with 4 members of the team (and similar teams) which lasted for an hour. I was invited back for a second interview and that was a 10 minute presentation with around 20 minutes of Q&A.

30 minutes to prepare a presentation and then an interview, which was the usual competency based interview. Interviewers were professional & kind. Location looked beautiful and they seemed to really care about their people. In the end they didn't offer any of the candidates the role as they decided to change the job.
