Had a very good screen call. Was called to give a seminar on-site. However, it was all very unprofessional from there. Room scheduling was a mess. Was made to wait in the lobby for 45mins. Talk started 5 mins late as people came in late, but was asked to leave the room earlier for another group to come in. Only one person asked relevant questions during the talk. No conversations with anyone after the talk. Very poorly organized interview process.
