Interview Rounds: There were a total of two main rounds apart from the standard HR discussions. 1. Technical Round: This round focused on assessing my technical understanding and problem-solving skills. The interviewer asked about my past projects, frameworks I’ve worked with, and some scenario-based questions related to real-world challenges. It was a good mix of conceptual and practical questions. 2. Experience & Contribution Round: The second round was more conversational and centered around my experience and potential contribution to Flam. The interviewer wanted to understand how my past work aligns with their current goals and where I could add value to their team. We discussed ideas, workflow, and how I could integrate into their ecosystem. Overall Experience: The entire process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewers were friendly and made it feel more like a discussion than a test. It was a great opportunity to understand Flam’s work culture and vision.
