The interview consisted of an initial screening interview with the site director. It was very easy, he asked me about my experience and if I had experience doing specific lab type work. The second interview was an all day onsite interview. I had to give a 30 minute presentation of current chemistry I was doing and then I met with 3 teams of 2 for 1 hr long interviews each, then lunch with 3 employees followed by a lab tour. I wasn't really asked any questions in any of the interviews. It was moreso them saying I didn't have the experience, that they would train and teach me, and then allowing me to ask them questions for the remainder of the hour. There was one interviewer that asked more exam type questions like "how would you make this compound from this other compound" and "is this chiral center R or S". The final stage of an interview was to take an online personality test.
