Very poor experience. The VP of People invited to interview me after I applied, and then this happened:
-The VP of People didn't realize the company had extended an offer to a candidate. [Which is not normal for a VP of People.]
-The VP of People cancelled my interview 20 minutes prior because she had just realized that someone had already been hired for the role.
-The VP of People invited me to an interview for a ''Senior Account Executive Role'', when I never applied to that role. I applied to Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships.
All of this signals company wide disorganization, lack of experience, and lack of care towards employees/human resources.
