Flashmob Solutions interview questions

4 interviews- 1 phone -1 Skype- 2 in person Questions were standard. At times I felt under qualified, but am excited that they offer training to be successful. I understand energy is a profitable industry , and given what I have heard about their partners it sounds like this group is right where I would like to be. It was honesty one of those educational, Inspiring and informative interviews I have had in my search. I hope to work with this team in the immediate future. They call you in for the first interview where they ask you little about your background and then tell you to write down your future goals. Be prepared to answer a question about where you see yourself as Leader. They will call you in for the second interview where you will do one easy exercise about what you have done one thing for the first time and last time.
