Flashpoint Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst interview questions

I first applied on August 27th, and I received the first email to set up a phone call on October 8th. We agreed to call on Friday 9/15. On 9/15, I received an email informing me of a conflict, which is doesn't make sense considering the scheduling softwares are widely used everywhere. We rescheduled for the next Friday, 9/22, only to find out that I needed to reschedule again. Finally the phone call took place on Monday, 9/25. Overall the interview went pretty smoothly, although it sounded like the interviewer was on speaker and away from the phone, because I wasn't able to hear her most of the time. I waited two weeks after having the phone call to hear back from them. I emailed them on 10/10 to inquire about the process and the decision. I received a response saying that it'd be few days. Two weeks later, on October 25th, I received an email informing that I haven't been selected for the position.
