I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FlatWorld in June 2025
Interview
The process was pretty straightforward. They require you to complete a test that, according to them, 80% of candidates supposedly won’t pass.
After that, you're asked to record a video—essentially an interview—and submit a form indicating the role you're applying for.
However, the experience felt somewhat misleading and disrespectful of candidates’ time. They initially claim that passing the test guarantees a job offer, but this is not the case. Despite stating that they "don’t believe in CVs," they ultimately base their rejection decisions on your CV and past experience.
I would be cautious about working with a company that can't uphold its own promises during the very first steps of the hiring process. If they’re willing to mislead candidates early on, it raises questions about what else they might be dishonest about.

Very unhappy with this company's respect for others time. I wasn't even interested and just accepted the process to test my skills. The person in charge of the process congratulated me for passing a test that "80% of candidates" do not pass. But just one hour later I got an email saying they were not moving forward with the process without mentioning the reason or providing any feedback... They did never responded an email after that.
Automated online test on codesignal. Never in my life I had to develop software without debug functionality. Why do you test engineers with this very poor online IDE? Gave up in the middle of the test. Not gonna subject myself to this kind of test anymore.
