Phone interview followed by in person interview with committee. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Customer service was very important to them. They also wanted to know about technical ability with programs such as Microsoft. I got a phone call that I got the job about two days after I interviewed. The overall experience was a good one. Being interviewed by a committee can be intimidating but they made it easy.
