It was a seamless process focused on my expertise, previous experiences, technical knowledge, cultural fit, and willingness to work remotely. I met with the research team and also asked in-depth questions relating to the job expectations, tasks, and working conditions.
They ghosted me after I had multiple discussions with their teammates. They didn't really seem to know what they wanted out of that role, as each person seemed to have a different opinion on what I would be doing.

Interview
Smooth process, quite quick too. Group interview with other candidates, and questions are asked where the team is able to see how you interact with other people. Should you pass to the next stage, then you get an individual interview with the team, and more in depth questions are asked, and you get a chance to ask questions too.
