I had one phone screen, an interview with the CEO, and then one with their freelancing ad consultant. Shortly after I was shared that I was 'overqualified' for the role, despite all my credentials having been apparent from the get-go. When I inquired about whether there may be growth opportunities for the role in question (it is after all a 'head of' role), I was never responded to. This coupled with the fact that the CEO, Abhi, dropped about 3 f-bombs during the interview, left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth. I spent several hours with you guys, one of which was a late night Friday interview, and the least they could do is treat me with some more courtesy. Not cool!
