Very informal. Pretty much already had the job before the interview started. As long as you have experience in running and experience in connecting with runners, it is an easy job to get.

Interview
Was verbally offered the job during the interview and then received a rejection email. Never heard back about why. They didn't call my references, and the background check they ran on me came back as clear.
