Applied online, received an email a few days later from an internal recruiter letting me know I would be moving forward as long as the pay rate aligned with my expectations. I said yes and suggested a few times I was available in the coming days. Heard nothing back despite several follow up emails- not even an automated email saying they were no longer going to be moving forward. WEIRD.

Fairly standard interview process meeting with the recruiter, the director of SMB sales, VP of sales, and finally the team leaders. There is a discovery call that you complete during the interview process but it's not hard - just testing out your skills.
