      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fleetworthy in Jan 2026

      Interview

The company initially reached out to me at the beginning of the year and scheduled a screening interview, which went well. After that, I was invited to a second interview that was conducted as a panel with three people from the company. My first conversation with Rebecca was pleasant and professional. The panel interview included Nina Adamsky, Catalina Muggli, and Esteban Gonzalez Oblitas. Two of the interviewers were kind and respectful, but one came across as very judgmental and somewhat rude in tone. Panel interviews can already be nerve-wracking for candidates, and the way the conversation was conducted made it feel more like they were judging me personally rather than focusing on my professional experience and qualifications. At the end of the interview, they clearly explained what the next steps would be, but I never heard back from them again. I followed up politely and still received no response. Being completely ghosted after multiple interviews is disappointing. Even a short message letting candidates know they decided to move forward with someone else would show basic respect for the time and energy candidates invest. Based on this experience, the hiring process felt disorganized and lacking communication.
