Several 1:1 interviews followed by measurements of other capabilities and oral presents. For male candidates, a swimsuit review is required. D&G preferred although a mankini and Prince Valiant haircut will suffice.

Interviewed in the office. Consisted of several 1:1 interviews and a single 2:1 interview. Weeks later, had a 2:1 phone interview.
Phone interview involved some grilling in order to determine personality.
