I attended an off campus drive in Pune for the post of " Senior Analyst"
First round-Aptitude test(Quantitative and English)
Aptitude test--very basic quantitative type questions
After this there were two rounds
first one was taken by an assistant manager and the second by senior manager
it took some 5-6 hours max for the whole process

They ask "Tell me about yourself", " Why do you want to get into production", "Are you flexible with night shifts", " Tell about you family".
Have to clear a Exam round, then interview Assitant Manager, then final interview round with Manager. The process fir smooth no issue at all. I received confirmation for HR team within 2 weeks and orientation and onboarding happened within next 3 weeks

Interview
The interview was good and you need great communication skills and industry knowledge. You also need to be well prepared about the company and what it offers to the customer.
I attended online, it was during the pandemic time. I received an invite from HR where they explained the interview process followed by a online aptitude test and managerial interview through zoom. once manager round is completed there will be one more call with HR where the salary negotiations will happen.
