I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Flex (Singapore) in Mar 2015
Interview
The direct hire manager interviewed me for the job. She was nice and friendly. Asked a few generic question but I think there is a click between us that’s why I was hired.

Question 1
The hiring manager asked me to introduce myself, asked about some regulations questions. Basically quite generic questions.
It was very simple, two interviews total. One with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager. However, this will vary depending on the department you are hired in. You can safely expect 2-3 interviews for an engineering role.

Question 1
Typical, I've interviewed for two jobs with this company over the years and both times I was not selected because my skills and background were not a 100% match to the job posting.
This is for a company acquired by Flex (works under the Flex umbrella). Interview was very in depth on all parts of my resume. Even though I met nearly all of the job requirements, they really seemed to want people with experience in more advanced skills that they claimed were "nice to have", not required. So seemed like they wanted to hire someone overqualified for the role. Thought I would proceed to the next interview but didn't. Not a big deal since they're not in a great location.
