I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Flex (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very straight forward and professional, nothing out of the ordinary. Technical interview, round 2 was technical with team members, then HR interview (to make sure there's not something off about you I suppose), and management interview (general fit type questions).
