Flex (Santa Ana, CA) interview questions

The process was simple, the interviewer asked about their company, including the work environment. And I was asked to introduce myself and what I hope to get out of the job

I was excited at first to get the email and text to schedule the introductory interviews after sending the application a couple of days later. However, I waited in the Zoom waiting room for over 30 mins until the HR manager left the meeting. There's no one to see me. I contacted and rescheduled for the next day's interview. They said it might be a technical issue that HR couldn't see me in the waiting room. It happened 3 times. I sent an email saying I could receive any other form of an interview but no one replied after that.
