Interview
went for face to face after clearing telephonic round. Technical discussion with lead it seems.
After that I was made to have lunch there so that I can have discussion with Manager. Manager asked some non sense question and asked me to come again as he had important meeting to attend. same evening I was informed by recruitment agency that I was not selected. I am still wondering how unprofessional these people are. Just a bunch of idiots who does not care for time of others.

Online interview with hiring manager. Introduction of the company, products etc. Conversations about the understanding of the products/market/technology trends. High level discussion about software development process, team leading experience etc. Were asked to take a programming test but however did not happen.
