Flexicare interview questions

Teams interview with senior leader. Leader made me feel comfortable. The interview process was standard - situational questions. The interview wasn't difficult but the questions were poignant. I would happily interview at this business again.

It was a good discussion overall. During the debate over the job description, the need to communicate in Mandarin was emphasised. It would be a good idea to emphasize this need in the job advertisement as to avoid wasting time of both interviewer and interviewee.
