Filled out an application in May 2021. Asked to reapply January 2022. Fairly standard screening interview with HR and teams interview with the hiring manager. Overall fairly standard interview. But they focus on what your salary requirements are and will offer you on your low end of requirements. They will not negotiate beyond that.
