Question 1
Case study questions, essentially very wordy math problems. No one with basic knowledge of shipping and supply chain should run into any issues. So long as you can do a good job of justifying your answer as well
The first interview was a coffee chat with the HR officer, then with the manager from other related functions. Then followed by 3 other (future) colleagues in associate/senior associate position. There was case study also involved; there's no right/wrong only logical thinking.
The interview was a 3 step process. First, I was reached out by a Recruiter and had a 30 min phone conversation. Next, I had a 2 part interview through BlueJeans, their video conferencing software (which I had to download specifically for the interview). This part of the interview involved a hands-on case study, then an informal chat with a current employee. The 3rd part of the interview was another video chat with 3 different managers in the organization. The process is very involved and for the most part, the interviewers/employees that you engage with have their own unique approach to interviewing; be prepared for ANYTHING/EVERYTHING.
