I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Services International (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Phone screen. Group information session, followed by group introductions/activities, then individual interviews. From there, an offer will involve an orientation, final review of understanding the job, and a drug test.
Bait and switch. Was told it was a VIP charter, occasional military deployment transport. The job is almost entirely deployment transport for a shocking number of hours for an excessive number of days (one estimate given was 20 hour workdays for 3 weeks). Told you may need to sacrifice off days and to be ready on reserve days between scheduled trips... so you may be gone for two months straight. Told to get rid of pets if you have any because you won't have time to care for one. Told the workplace is hostile, toxic, and cliquish. Told you are not allowed to have a life outside of the company.
Serving as a flight attendant for military deployment is very noble. It was just not what was advertised. Add in the other red flags that go beyond the general demands of being a flight attendant to a Jonestown-if-it-was-middle-school-in-the-sky work environment, and this was not the opportunity for me.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted a few days later to do a video interview. I then did another interview on line with FSI management. There were technical difficulties but the two ladies were very nice and friendly.

Interview
If accepted, the company sends a follow-up email congratulating you and nicely inviting you for an on-demand one-way video interview. The process is relatively simple, What I like about this process is the fact that you are allowed to get familiar with the interview environment with ample time to practice your answers.
