Flip media interview questions

I got call from recruitment agency. I went for interview to Flip. They asked me to come for test and next day I came for the test, Same day immediate after test they selected me and ask to join company in next 15 days.

They were looking for personals mainly with good skills and also willing to relocate as well as willing to work in Sundays. I applied via online, after 2/3 days the HR contacted and asked to attend the interview. On interview section mainly asked OOPS, PHP functions etc. After that they just wanted to test my skills so did gave me a machine test, well i was confident in the test. After 5/10 days they called and i was selected. Once inside be dynamic, lay a good friendship approach and be willing to accept challenges. FYI: Super year experienced personals might only have panel/group interview for a thorough testing of the skill level.
