The interview process was easy. Leetcode questions are replaced with a take-home assignment. The engineers were nice. The recruiter was nice as well. However, I ended up hearing nothing back from them, even though they did talk as if they would hire me already. The recruiter at the final round interview told me that she would reach back after like a month about the offer and salary (she even told me I could STOP INTERVIEWING FOR OTHER COMPANIES if I want, which makes me think I am guaranteed for an offer). And finally, I did not hear anything from them even after a follow-up email. I never knew what happened, and definitely don't want to know. It was really bad since I really liked the engineers and thought that I could trust the recruiter. Luckily, I did not stop interviewing for other places like what the recruiters promised me. Overall, this is very unprofessional for me. If a recruiter from the company can see this, then I hope you don't promise the same thing again to any other candidates and please think about their emotions!
