Interview process is very relaxed. First stage I met with the recruiter to discuss my my future plan, why Flipdish and gauge whether I would fit in the team. I then met the People Partners to discuss my experience and some competency questions. I finally met with the head of people for a discussion on the role and just to allow them to get to know me on a personal level.
