The interview was channelised in 3 rounds. 1. Group Discussion. 2. Writing Skills/ Essay. 3. Manager round. Once the 1st Round was done and the candidates were informed to write the essay to check the writing skills of the candidates, The manager round took for more than 25 Min, but the manager round was the best as he was sharp and crisp in terms of analysing me.
