I got to know the vacancy from LinkedIn.
Then I emailed them my sample writings and they scheduled the telephonic conversation which lasted for more than half an hour.
After a week I got a call to attend the interview at their Bangalore office.
They had an online test as their first round in which I was rejected.

If you are from content background it will be as relevant as the role. Mostly an assignment will help assess your level of experience.

I had a great interview experience with the team. They made everything clear during the interview about the job profile and job role. It was a three round of interview which took a week before the selection process.

Started with an exploratory round and ended with a VP round. Even though the position needed to be filled immediately, there were week-long gaps between each round so be patient.
