I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fliptop (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Connected by an agent. Talked with the technical lead and then went on for an on-site interview. The interviewer is really nice. It was nice talking to him. The interview lasted 90 minutes. We talked about a lot of technical matters. But at last he said he will talked to the agent for the result. I smelled that I wouldn't go through, and what I guessed is true as no one called me later on.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fliptop (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I did an initial phone screen with the Head of Sales and he asked difficult but appropriate questions. I was then brought into the office to interview with several more team members. The overall experience was very positive and thorough. I would be prepared to demonstrate how your experience will provide value in a growing early stage startup. There are high expectations and the interviews reflect this. The team is hard working and very smart - they are looking for the same.
