Interview
My interview process with FlixBus was really good and I can divide it into 3 phases
Phase 1: 30 Minutes Phone call with Niclas the Junior HR Manager Recruiting in (19-Jun-2019)
- How it was?
* Collaborative person with good and structured questions
* General questions about previous experience
* Questions about the position and how i will add values to the company
- I received an email from Nicals in (24-June-2019) for onsite interview
Phase 2 : 1-hour onsite Interview with Elliot (Team Lead Strategic) and Antonio (Business Analyst) in (01-Jul-2019)
- How it was?
* Elliot and Antonio were very friendly
* The questions were very structured
* The interview was really smooth
* 1-case included in the interview (wasn't hard at all)
* The questions focused on the technical-wise of business analysis and techniques of requirements gathering
- I received an email from Nicals in (03-Jul-2019) for another onsite interview
Phase 3 : 1-hour onsite Interview with Elliot (Team Lead Strategic) and Stefan ( VP Operations) in (09-Jul-2019)
* How it was?
* The Interview was a bit harder from the previous technical-interview
* 3-Cases included in the interview
* Well-structured questions
* Unfortunately I wasn't comfortable comparing with the previous interview (Phase 2)
- I received a rejection email from Nicals in (19-Jul-2019) and they decided to proceed with another candidate for the position
