FloSports Video Editor interview questions

I was referred by a friend already working there. No phone interview. Brought in for an in-person interview with a Project Manager followed immediately by another interview with a C-suite type. The PM was great and held a focused interview. The C-level guy was odd, ate food for the entire interview, got up from his chair and had us switch rooms twice during the interview, and never really asked anything about the job –– he was almost 100% focused on 'culture fit' and my salary requirements. One day after the in-person interview, the C-level guy called me and offered me the job for $10K less than what I said my minimum was. I countered and was told 6 months into employment I could renegotiate my salary.
